Refund/Cancellation Policy

Once a retainer has been placed for your session, the retainer is non-refundable no exceptions. If the client cancels from their end, they will forfeit their retainer/payment. (A reschedule will be offered, we know life happens, but a date will be determined on the availability we have in our books at that time) If we cancel from our end, it is up to you if you would like to reschedule or receive a full refund. If you are needing to reschedule, you are allowed to have 1-2 rescheduled dates.
